Massage therapy techniques aimed at treating pain, increasing mobility and facilitating recovery.
May also help reduce stress levels and improve sleep, which can have a positive impact on performance.
Personal training
Physical assessment and exercise prescription
Assessment including completion of health forms, revision of goals, baseline testing of blood pressure and heart rate, manual muscle testing, flexibility testing, VO2 max estimation, strength testing, and a training program.
Exercise prescription including exercises, sets, reps, rest, images, and in-person exercise review to ensure they are performed safely and effectively.
